We all want to achieve it, but to create a habit, we must start somewhere. We all start on day zero and one, and then create our habits and realities at the end of the schedule or achievement. In fact, Maxwell Maltz was right, it takes twenty-one days to program a habit, but a lifetime of good practice to maintain a good habit. Also, habits are like a prayer or a spell that you cast on yourself. The more you practice, the more they stick to your mind and spirit.

Like everything, the creation of reality is the result of habits developed in life, they can be negative like smoking or drinking alcohol, or positive like telling the truth and being honest all the time.

The semantics of reality is within the habit in every way. Developing good habits leads to a good reality, developing bad habits leads to a bad reality. I think of a kind of static when I think of hypnosis or monoidealism, monoidealism meaning pure focused attention, of course, creating habits through consistent pure focused attention over an extended period of time. Reality is like recorded beats from an old-fashioned record when you think about it, when you practice it long enough for long enough, it can’t do anything but the same for better or worse. The preferred good, of course, by everyone, especially by those who realize that they are doing it wrong for themselves or as a habit.

To achieve a better reality, we must all start from scratch and build the habit from scratch. There are no real exceptions to this rule. Nothing comes ready, nothing is easily done in this regard. We must start a good habit to genuinely create it.

Start thinking: What do I want to improve, achieve and do? Even put it on an index card for yourself or write or type inside a booklet or folder for you to review all the time. After all, the habit of thinking what you want will eventually become reality if you do it right, realistically, and carry on the “saga.” Without the grooves of habit, the record of life is just an ordinary ball of wax or a wax plate with no meaning, grooves, or reality.

We all want to win, but we need to create good habits and train to achieve it. That is always a reality that forever exists. Thank you for reading this idea I have about life and existence as law. of living reality.
