Why do we complain? As a nation, we are the most powerful on Earth. Financially we have no equal. No other group of people on Earth can say that they live the way we live … the American way of life. When it comes to work, the weekly wage of the lowest paid person can feed some families in other countries for months. So why do we complain? This is a country where teenagers go to school with their i-pods and cell phones. Where children as young as eighteen are becoming millionaires, where children are rich enough to have plastic surgery. I know of a family of five in which each member of the family has their own motor vehicle. Some homes have HDTV in every room in the home. Some families have $ 40,000 couches in their living rooms. Yet we are the only nation that complains and complains about the way we do it. Instead of complaining, we should thank God for the good things around us.

Thank God for a country where someone born in the lower class can work their way up to the middle or upper class. This is the only country that I am aware of that can happen with some work. Thank goodness for the bathrooms. Where I’m from, there are places where people still have to bathe and go to the toilet in the nearest stream. Thank goodness for the amount of food we threw away. I have two little ones who feel that if what they are eating doesn’t taste 100% good, they will throw it away. They don’t know others their age who would be more than happy to consume what they consider junk.

This is the country that I know, where if you are born poor you can make your way to wealth; as the cliché from poverty to wealth goes. Often times, the rich did not start out like this, but had to work to make their dreams come true. There is a saying that I want to share with you here. The great heights reached and maintained were not reached by sudden flight. But they, while their companions slept, toiled all night. So once again why do we complain? We don’t take the time to see what we have. We don’t take the time to thank God for those things that we are blessed with and take for granted. We live in a country swimming in money. We simply have to position ourselves in such a way that we can benefit from our own money flow. How do we do that?

First, we must stop looking at what we do not have and take the time to admire and thank the Lord for those things we do have. We have a means to an end. In this great country of ours, if we need to go from point A to point B, there is always a way. How many people from abroad can say the same?

Second, let’s take the time to understand and use the things God has made available to us as vehicles to get from point A to point B. The Internet course described in the resource box provides the ends to the means. This course teaches one how to create a vehicle (if you don’t already have one) and how to use it to achieve your goals.

Complaining has negative effects on both the mind and the body. Every time you repeat something negative you have a tendency to believe it more and more. Eventually it becomes your reality. The same goes for something positive that you repeat all the time. One day you find yourself reaching that goal because every time you tell yourself it becomes more and more a reality.

Whether your dream is to be financially independent or just to earn some extra money, DON’T COMPLAIN. Click the link below and apply the powers of positive suggestion. You will be surprised by the result.
